【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestocentrifugesaimingatseparationofliquid/liquid/solid/solidoratleasttwoofthesesubstances.Itgivesrequirementstominimisetheriskscausedbythehazardsspecifiedin1.2.TheStandarddealswiththesignificanthazardsassociatedwiththeoperationofcentrifuges.1.2TheStandardgivesrequirementsforminimisingtheriskscausedbythefollowinghazards:-mechanicalhazardscommontoalltypesofcentrifuges,exceptthosespecifiedin1.3;-ergonomicalhazards;-electricalhazards.Thestandardalsocoversrequirementsfornoisemeasurements.1.3Typesofcentrifugesandhazardsexcluded1.3.1Typesofcentrifugesexcluded:-centrifugeswithakineticenergyofrotationlessthan200Joule;-centrifugesdesignatedbytheirmanufacturersfordomesticuse;-centrifugesdesignatedbytheirmanufacturersaslaboratorycentrifugesaccordingtoEN61010-2-020,includingAmendment1;-centrifugesdesignatedbytheirmanufacturersforforming,i.e.centrifugalhotmetalcastingmachines.1.3.2Hazardsexcluded:-thermalhazards;-hazardsspecifictoprocessingradioactiveproducts;-hazardsspecifictomicrobiologicalprocessing-includingviralandparasitichazards;-hazardsfromprocessingcorrosiveand/orerosivematerials;-hazardsfromprocessesinvolvingflammableorexplosivesubstances;-hazardscausedbyleakageofhazardoussubstances;-hazardscausedbyunsuitablehygienicdesignforapplicationsinvolvingfoodproducts;-otherapplicationspecifichazardswhichmustbedealtwith,eitheraccordingtoapplicationspecificstandards(e.g.EN12505),orEN292.1.4Thisstandardappliestocentrifugeswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
