【摘要】:ThispartofISO1986specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,bothgeometricandmachiningtestsongeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracysurfacegrindingmachineswithreciprocatingtableupto1600mmtablelengthandhorizontalgrindingwheelspindle.Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.NOTEFormachineswithtablelengthlargerthan1600mm,ISO1986-2isbeingprepared.Itisnotapplicabletosurfacegrindingmachineswithfixedorrotatingtablesortomachineshavinglongitudinaltraverseofthewheelhead.ThispartofISO1986dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine;itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibrations,abnormalnoises,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.),nortothemachinecharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecheckedbeforetestingtheaccuracy.ThispartofISO1986providestheterminologyusedfortheprincipalcomponentsofthemachineandindicatesthedesignationoftheaxesinaccordancewithreferencetoISO841.
