【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesanopen-looptestmethodtodeterminethesensitivitytolateralwindofavehiclebymeansofawindgenerator.ItappliestopassengercarsasdefinedinISO3833,passengercar-trailercombinationsandlighttrucks.Itsapplicabilitytomotorcyclesisyettobeinvestigated.Thetestconditionsspecifiedinthistestmethodarenotrepresentativeofrealdrivingconditionsbutareusefultoobtainmeasuresofvehicledynamicresponsetolateralwind.NOTEThetestconditionsinthistestmethoddonotsimulatenaturalwindconditions.However,thewindvelocityproposedhereisrepresentativeoffairlyseverewindconditionsoccurringnaturally.
