【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribestherequirementsforandmethodsoftestingofcombinedsystemswithtileandbricklayerswhichareappliedtoconcreteormetallicprocessengineeringequipmentthatwillcomeincontactwithchemicalsubstances(liquids,solidsandgases).Therequirementsspecifiedheremaybeusedforthepurposesofqualitycontrol(e.g.asagreedbetweenthecontractpartnersorhavingbeengivenbynationalregulations1)).Thestandardappliestosystemswhichserveoneormoreofthefollowingpurposes:-toprotectthecomponentfromadverseeffectsofaggressivesubstances;-toprotectwaters(e.g.groundwater)againsthazardoussubstances;-toprotectthechargefrombecomingcontaminatedbycomponentsreleasedfromthesubstratematerial;-toachieveaparticularsurfacequality.Thedescribedcombinedsystemscanbeusedforconcreteormetallicprocessengineeringequipmentthatwillcomeintocontactwithchemicalsubstances.Thecombinedsystemisacombinationof:-acoatingaccordingtoEN14879-2orEN14879-3withanadditionallayeroftilesorbricksembeddedincementmortar,resinbasedmortarand/orpotassiumsilicatemortarasanadhesivebondingcement(referredtosimplyascementinthisstandard);or-aliningaccordingtoEN14879-4orEN14879-5withanadditionallayeroftilesorbricksembeddedincementmortar,resinbasedmortarand/orpotassiumsilicatemortarasanadhesivebondingcement(referredtosimplyascementinthisstandard).Fordesignandpreparationofsubstrate,seeEN14879-1.
